Domestic Shipping Policies
Domestic shipments are shipped USPS Priority or First Class depending on weight.
Media Mail will be used for book-only shipments.
A domestic package is not considered "lost" until 15 business days after the day it was shipped.
No replacements will be made 60 days after the ship date.
No replacements will be made for lost packages if the item is "marked delivered" by the postal service at the address you provided.
If your item arrives damaged please save all packaging, photograph the damaged, and immediately e-mail me at IsabellaRotman@gmail.com so we can file an insurance claim with USPS. Please keep all materials and the item in case USPS wishes to inspect it.
Replacements will only be made for items that are lost of damaged on the route from me to you when an insurance claim is approved by the shipping carrier. There will be no replacements made for damaged items that have been sold to customers.

International Shipping Policies
All international packages will be shipped via UPS. For Mexico and Canada packages will be shipped UPS International Standard. For the rest of the world packages will be shipped UPS Worldwide Expedited.
No replacements will be made 60 days after the ship date.

You may also experience “landing fees” when your package goes through customs. So far these fees have included taxes from the destination country and a “brokerage fee” from UPS. These fees will be different in every country. I have no control over these fees, nor can I predict them. The tariff category for tarot cards is Playing Cards, and the US tariff code for playing cards is 9504.40.00.90.

I have made this change from USPS to UPS due to issues with the USPS. A number of international packages to countries outside of the US have been stuck without tracking and never reached their destination country. I am sorry to make this change because it does increase the cost of shipping for my international customers, but I am hoping more packages arrive safely with UPS.
